Chris Brown is at war with his fellow West Hollywood condo owners, who claim the rapper is the neighbor from hell, parking in handicapped spaces, blasting music, and racing dogs in hallways.
TMZ has obtained several pics of Brown's super-expensive rides ... clearly parked in spaces reserved for disabled drivers. We're told Chris has been ticketed numerous times by the city.
The building manager tells us everyone is fed up and they're now planning on towing Chris' cars if he dares park there again.
Chris' lawyer, Mark Geragos, tells TMZ, Chris is the one who's getting screwed. Geragos says, the deed clearly shows the two spaces belong to Chris, but the developer never disclosed the spots were reserved for the handicapped. Geragos says Chris is in litigation with the building over the spaces and plans to fight the tickets as well. But the building manager says Chris is parking in other handicapped spots as well.
But the gripes go beyond parking spaces. Chris' fellow condo-owners tell TMZ ... the dude is utterly disrespectful, blasting loud music and partying day and night ... even racing dogs down the hallways at all hours.
And that's not all. We're told police showed up this week, after someone vandalized the elevator by carving "C.B." on the elevator door.
Mind you ... Chris has only lived in the building a few months.
The smooth crooner signs on as the male lead in the horror remake.
Trey Songz is putting down the mic to flex his acting chops. The R&B singer has signed on to star as one of the leads in the upcoming horror flick The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D, another remake of Tobe Hooper’s 1974 classic.
Songz will star as the male lead and the boyfriend of previously announced cast member Alexandra Daddario. John Luessenhop (Takers) has been tapped to direct from a script written by Adam Marcus and Debra Sullivan.
The film, which begins shooting later this month in Shreveport, Louisiana, is due in theaters on October 5, 2012.
R&B singer R. Kelly was rushed to the hospital and underwent emergency throat surgery yesterday, according to CBS Chicago. He is coming off of his U.S. tour for his latest studio album 'Love Letter,' and it is currently unknown when he will be back on the road for his worldwide tour.
Kelly's publicity agency 42 West tells CBS Chicago that the surgery took place on Tuesday at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Earlier in the day, Kelly saw a specialist with a severe sore throat, and he was rushed to the hospital after the exam to have an abscess on one of his tonsils drained. As of now, his publicist says that "he will be laid up indefinitely."
R. Kelly just recently made headlines for the $2.9 million foreclosure lawsuit on his house last week.
San Diego Chargers tight end Antonio Gates had one hell of a productive off-season -- the future Hall-of-Famer just got married to his longtime girlfriend ... and TMZ has the pics.
Gates -- who will probably be the #1 tight end drafted in your 2011 fantasy league -- tied the knot to model-turned-business owner Sasha Dindayal on July 9 during a lavish ceremony at the Grand Del Mar hotel in San Diego.

But the best part -- THE FOOD!!! Guests were treated to a 5-course meal ... consisting of duck foie gras ... caramelized shallot ravioli in a brandy butter sauce ... braised short ribs and grilled prawns with buttermilk mashed potatoes ... and for dessert -- red velvet wedding cake with marble sponge cake which was FLOWN IN from Trinidad.
After the ceremony, the couple took off to Tahiti for the honeymoon.

Kim is filing a lawsuit against the clothing giant -- claiming they intentionally used a look-alike in an effort to dupe the public into thinking Kim was affiliated with Old Navy.
We're told Kim is especially furious that Old Navy has been tweeting to her page about the look-alike -- in an effort to gain even more publicity.
One of those tweets read, "@CBSNEWS reports that Old Navy's Super CUTE star looks like @kimkardashian. #LOL. What do you think?"
We're told Kim believes the copycat campaign has damaged her wallet somewhere in the range of $15 to $20 million.
